How do credits work?
One credit covers one whole application: the tailored CV, the matching cover letter and the interview prep guide, all three together. Nothing is charged per document. You get 3 credits free on signup, Pro gives you 100 a month, and unused credits roll over. Your balance sits at the top of this page when you are signed in, and in the navigation bar.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime through your Stripe billing portal.
How do I generate an application?
Sign in, upload your CV as a PDF, then paste a job link or the job description. One click produces all three documents for that role - a tailored CV with its ATS score, a matching cover letter, and an interview prep guide. Review, edit and download each as a PDF.
Can I edit the generated documents?
Yes. You can review and edit any of the three documents before downloading, so the wording matches your own voice and experience.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We take data security seriously. Your resume is never uploaded to or stored on our servers - it's processed entirely in your browser. Only the extracted text is temporarily used for AI generation. Generated cover letters are encrypted and stored securely. We never share your data with third parties. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
